Why us?

• All staff will gain work experience within our own health and social care business

• Our unique in-house training will be provided, so each staff member attains relevant and applicable care skills before entering a work placement.

• We will also be providing Activity Coordinators to deliver activities in your care setting, for 2 hour sessions.

• We have run our own health and social care business for over 13 years, therefore we understand the qualities needed to provide excellent care and leadership for your organisation.

• All staff will be fully DBS checked and insured (where relevant)

STARS Care Agency is an inclusive service that has 2 functions: 

 

1. Fulfilling job roles for care organisations.

2. Support services for private carers,  including (but not limited to): parent carers, young carers, family carers and those caring for individuals with disabilities or dementia. 

 

We accept Direct Payment funding as well as private funding.

 

We can provide staff for your organisation in the following roles:

 

• Permanent

• Temporary

• Bank staff

• Activity Coordinators

• Executive

• Support e.g. laundry and kitchen

• HCA's

 

The types of services we can support carers with include:

 

• Activities in the home (2-hour sessions)

• Buddy Service for big life events e.g. Weddings

• Sit-in service at home during big life events or simply to have a break

• Live-in Carers
